Monro Muffler Brake Inc. has agreed to acquire the assets of Broad-Elm Group, a seven-store tire dealership based in Buffalo, N.Y.
The acquisition is expected to close later this month. Broad-Elm does $4.5 million a year in sales.
Monro CEO and President Robert Gross says his company will continue with its strategy "of growth through low-cost operations and value-priced acquisitions, as evidenced by our most recent small
acquisition in Buffalo."
