The Tire Industry Association's (TIA) Tire and Rubber Recycling Advisory Council (TRRAC) is holding its Eastern Regional Tire Recycling Conference at the Mega Show Sept. 26-28, 2002, at the Ocean City (Md.) Convention Center.
Highlights include symposiums and workshops, a tire and automotive environmental town hall meeting, an ocean-side barbeque and a two-day trade fair featuring the latest recycled rubber products, tire and rubber recycling equipment and services.
Topics to be covered at the event are asphalt rubber, tire recycling issues, sustaining the market for tire chips in civil engineering and tire-derived fuel applications, the promotion of crumb rubber markets, fire prevention and more.
