The Firestone FD692, the latest medium truck tire for the brand, is SmartWay-verified and features 400% more biting edges than its predecessor.
The FD692 has earned the 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake certification and is compliant with the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Other features include a high-rigidity tread pattern to control tread block movement for even wear and reduced rolling resistance.
The tire has proprietary sidewall technology and is designed to limit heat loss, enhance fuel economy and reduce overall tire weight without sacrificing durability. A stone rejector platform boost its retreadability. It’s available in four sizes.
