Leeds West Groups (LWG) has acquired the real estate of a Midas location it has operated since the winter of 2015.
The property, in Benton Harbor, Mich., was purchased on Dec. 18. It marks the 36th real estate transaction in the last 18 months, Leeds West Groups said. This property was purchased from Bradlee Properties LLC, owned by Brad Emberton.
Emberton previously operated the Midas location as a franchisee, then sold it to Midas, and in 2015 Leeds West Groups acquired the business.
