TireHub Opens in 6 New Markets

Dec. 6, 2022

TireHub LLC has opened six new distribution centers so far in the fourth quarter of 2022, and will open one more, in Spokane, Wash., before the end of the year. All are located in new markets for the tire distributor.

New TireHub Logistics Centers have opened in Shreveport, La.; Beltsville, Md.; Greenville, S.C.; Tulsa, Okla. and Grand Rapids, Mich. The center in Spokane is expected to open before the end of 2022.

“As a customer-centric company, we are excited to have the opportunity to introduce new customers to the products, programs and service that TireHub has to offer,” says TireHub CEO Ted Becker. “Simultaneously, we look forward to elevating the service and experience of existing customers through enhanced availability and delivery timing.”

Including these six recent openings, TireHub will have opened or expanded 10 locations in 2022. Earlier this year TireHub opened locations in McAllen, Texas; Tucson, Ariz. and Chicago, Ill., and expanded its Metairie, La. facility.

By the end of 2022, TireHub will operate 79 distribution centers in 34 states, and the company says there are "more to come in 2023 and beyond."

“Our rapid expansion plans give more dealers and retailers access to our leading breadth and depth of Bridgestone and Goodyear products. 2022 was a year of significant growth, and we are excited to continue expanding our footprint in 2023,” Becker says.

In addition to expanding its footprint, TireHub also added to its product offerings in 2022 with the addition of Cooper-branded tires to its inventory.

“We’re committed to providing the right tire at the right time to our dealers and retailers," says Becker. "Our customers are the heart of what we do, and our expansion – both in presence and portfolio—is another opportunity to better meet their needs."
