Hunter Engineering Co.'s tire changer, the Revolution, now connects to HunterNet 2, Hunter's online customer portal. HunterNet 2 makes Hunter-equipped shops more productive and profitable by monitoring equipment utilization in real-time.
With this connectivity, shops using the Revolution may now keep a count of the number of tires changed, measure shop activity and productivity and note trends.
Before and after images are automatically stored, along with inflation pressure, service time and any special procedures used. Managers are able to compare tire inspection opportunities with tire services actually performed to help drive rapid, maximum ROI, according to Hunter officials.
