Cooper restructures financial team leadership

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has enacted three promotions that will provide financial support to all of its operating divisions.

Thomas N. Lause has been named vice president and Tire Group controller. A 19-year Cooper veteran, Lause most recently served as the Findlay, Ohio-based tiremaker's director of finance for European relations.

Cooper also has promoted Kurt F. Geisheimer to vice president of financial services for its Tire Group. Geisheimer has been with Cooper for 28 years and most recently had been director of financial planning and analysis for the company's tire operations.

In a related move, Larry V. Schock has been named vice president of Tire Group financial operations. A 26-year Cooper veteran, he most recently served as North American Tire Division controller.
