Direct Tire site collects customer feedback

Watertown, Mass.-based Direct Tire & Auto Service´s new Web site,, links to a questionnaire that lets customers send direct feedback to Barry Steinberg, the dealership´s owner.

"It has improved the quality of work going out of our stores," says Steinberg. Direct Tire has three other locations.

"Our customers appreciate the fact they can respond directly to me."

Steinberg, a Modern Tire Dealer Tire Dealer of the Year award winner, says he receives about 20 e-mails per day via the site.
