Peter Van Euwen III has been named senior corporate attorney for the Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.
His primary responsibilities will be handling corporate, securities and transactional matters, the company says.
Van Euwen has been an associate with Baker & Hostetler law firm in Cleveland, Ohio, since 1998. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, Columbus, Ohio.
Van Euwen is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and Cleveland Bar Association.
