Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has introduced two new farm tires and has brought another one to the domestic market.

The DT 820 HD targets farm tractors used in scraper service applications. Its heavy-duty carcass contains a chip and chunk-resistant compound, similar to those found in logger tires, according to Goodyear officials.

The All Weather Radial "is an excellent choice for harvesting. mowing and hay-processing equipment." It also boasts a heavy-duty construction with a wide, even footprint for improved flotation and less soil impact.

New to the United States market is the Goodyear SuperFlot, an implement tire that is designed for large wagons, hay balers and harvesters. The SuperFlot contains wide, continuous tread bars for lateral stability and traction.
