The Tire Industry Association's (TIA) fall Commercial Tire Service (CTS) Truck Tire Training Tour kicks off Sept. 28 in Toronto, Ontario.
The rest of the tour is as follows:
Sept. 30-Oct. 1: Buffalo, N.Y.;
Oct. 5-6: Boston, Mass.;
Oct. 7-8: Hartford, Conn.;
Oct. 12-12: New York, N.Y.;
Oct. 14-15: Philadelphia, Pa.;
Oct. 19-20: Charlotte, N.C.;
Oct. 21-22: Birmingham, Ala.;
Oct. 26-27: Houston, Texas;
Oct. 28-29: Phoenix, Ariz.
"Participation in the TIA CTS training program ensures that employee training meets and exceeds the minimum training required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration," say TIA officials.
The program has trained more than 14,000 technicians and instructors since its inception in 1997.
