David Kolman is the Tire Retread Information Bureau's (TRIB) new associate director.
A former long-haul trucker and journalist, Kolman will work out of Baltimore, Md., which gives TRIB its first East Coast office.
He will report to TRIB Managing Director Harvey Brodsky.
Kolman's duties will include providing up-to-date information on the benefits of tire retreading and repair.
"He will enable us to expand our operations into new areas," says Brodksy.
