Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Jeffrey Forsyth its manager of quality assurance.
Forsyth will be responsible for quality assurance, tire plant support and mold repair operations.
He previously served as Cooper's manager of design and technology.
He's been with the Findlay, Ohio-based tiremaker since 1988.
