Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Donald Bruce its director, lean engineering.
Bruce will be responsible for identifying current and future equipment requirements related to expansions, new product introductions and additional business opportunities, according to Cooper officials.
He has held a variety of positions with Cooper since joining the company in 1985.
