The Tire Association of North America (TANA) will have a presence at Reifen 2002, the World Market for the Tire Trade, which takes place May 28-31 in Essen, Germany.
TANA President Steve Disney says it is especially important for the association to be at Reifen due to its merger with the International Tire & Rubber Association, which will be finalized July 1, 2002.
"Trade shows such as Reifen are critical to the success of the tire business," Disney says.
More than 400 international companies have signed to participate in Reifen 2002, according to show organizers. Some 15,000 buyers from throughout the world are expected to attend.
