Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Elicia Davis development systems manager in the Cooper Learning Center. She will be responsible for managing the design, development and implementation of systems supporting people development.
Davis, audit manager since July 2000, joined Cooper in 1992 as senior auditor. She also has worked as manager of corporate financial projects and manager of corporate accounting.
Prior to joining Cooper, she was a senior accountant for Deloitte & Touche in Toledo, Ohio.
