Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Mary Pauken to director, mold operations, and Marion Waltz to manager, testing services.
Pauken will be responsible for overseeing all operations at Cooper's mold operations facility, including scheduling, purchasing, staffing, manufacturing, quality, repair and safety.
A 17-year Cooper veteran, she also will be responsible for continuous process improvement and has been charged with supporting tire production plants globally in their use and maintenance of molds.
Waltz will be responsible for be responsible for overseeing the activities of Cooper's Materials Laboratory, Tire Testing, Technical Relations and the Tire & Vehicle Test Center (TVTC) in Pearsall, Texas. He has been with Cooper since 1995.
