Indian tire manufacturer Balkrishna Tyres wants to expand its distribution in regions where it is not well-represented, including North America.
Acquisitions and joint ventures could be part of the company's expansion plan, say Balkrishna officials.
Balkrishna has extensive distribution in Europe, which makes up more than 70% of its sales.
