It includes an electronic "one-stop shop." Tools, pumps, air motors, compressors, and all other materials produced by Ingersoll-Rand Productivity Solutions are now available on one comprehensive, easy-to-use site.
In addition to the new look and feel, the Web site gives potential users the ability to learn more about Ingersoll-Rand products, service and support, and how Ingersoll-Rand works with businesses to develop solutions to manufacturing needs.
The site features a new service and support section that provides current tool owners with additional resources on servicing and maintaining their equipment. An Ingersoll-Rand Service Locator directs customers to their closest Ingersoll-Rand service facility based on the customer's location.
The service and support section also provides customers with access to technical publications, and allows them to register for product warranties online.
Users even have the ability to access and print sales materials for more than 900 Ingersoll-Rand vehicle, industrial, and assembly tools.
