Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd. has reorganized its European sales structure by forming two companies, Toyo Tyre (U.K.) Ltd. and Netherlands-based Toyo Tire Benelux B.V.
The move will "facilitate the implementation of more coordinated and consistent marketing activities to help consolidate Toyo's brand position in the region," say Toyo officials.
It also will help local operations make decisions more quickly and "demonstrate and strengthen the Toyo Group's commitment to the European market and build customer confidence in the brand."
