Federal Corp. President Jamie Ma introduced Federal's new Federal Motorsport program at the company's recent shareholders meeting.
The program is "the result of years of intense research and testing by Federal's technical center," according to Federal officials.
Federal Motorsport is comprised of two separate series: the street-legal 595 Competition Series and the exclusive, limited production FZ Combat Series, which is for professional circuit use.
Federal tires that are part of the 595 Competition Series include the 595, a drift tire; the 595 Evo, a new street competition ultra-high performance tire; and the 595RS, a new, semi-slick product.
Tires involved in the FZ Combat Series include the FZ-101, a racing slick, and the FZ-102, which is being made in limited numbers "for professional use only."
