Groupe Michelin has given its 2004 Michelin Safety Award to its Michelin Americas Research and Development Corp. facility in Greenville, S.C., and its tread pressing plant in Covington, Ga.
The award "recognizes those Michelin facilities that show continued and outstanding improvement in safety for the year," say Michelin officials.
