Titan International Inc.'s board of directors has elected Morry Taylor chairman and CEO and Erwin Billig vice chairman.
Kent Hackamack was elected vice president of finance and treasurer. Cheri Holley was elected vice president and secretary.
Also at Titan's annual stockholders meeting yesterday, Richard Cashin Jr., Albert Febbo and Mitchell Quain were elected to serve as directors for three-year terms.
Stockholders also approved Titan's 2005 Equity Incentive Plan.
In addition, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was ratified as Titan's independent registered public accounting firm.
