Cooper names Thomas manager, customer service

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Jonathan Thomas as manager, customer service, overseeing the daily operations of the customer service group and Cooper’s dealer Web portal.

Thomas joined Cooper in 1995 as a customer service coordinator. Since then, he has worked as customer service supervisor and, most recently, as consumer relations manager.
