TBC Corp. expects to report more than $1 billion in revenues for 2001, a company record.

TBC will release full 2001 financial results, including fourth quarter performance, on Feb. 13.

The Memphis, Tenn.-based private brand marketer says its market share grew last year due to "the continued strengthening of our retail segment."

TBC added 61 company-owned and franchised stores last year; more are planned for 2002, says TBC President and CEO Larry Day.
