Dan Hunter and Del-Nat Tire Corp. have parted ways, effective today. Hunter had been president of Del-Nat since 2001.
Hunter "has moved on," says Dick Erickson, chairman of Del-Nat's board. "He's a very capable person. We wish him the best."
Erickson will fulfill Hunter's duties until a replacement is named.
"We want to continue growing," he says.
Before joining Del-Nat, Hunter had been a top executive at Yokohama Tire Corp. and also had worked for Uniroyal Tire Co. and Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Co.
