Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc., in conjunction with its BFS Retail & Commercial Operations LLC subsidiary, will sponsor the Keep America Beautiful Great American Clean-up for the fourth year in a row.
As part of the promotion, BFS Retail & Commercial Operations stores -- including its Firestone Complete Auto Care, TiresPlus and ExpertTires stores -- will accept scrap tires from organized community clean-up days at no charge, accept engine oil from the public at no charge, and accept automotive batteries from the public, also at no charge.
In addition, many locations will participate in locally organized community clean-up events.
The Great American Cleanup runs through May 2005.
