ASA partners with CAM Commerce Solutions

ASA Tire Systems and CAM Commerce Solutions have formed a partnership to provide tire dealers with integrated point of sale credit card processing.

The partnership will allow tire dealers utilizing ASA's TreadX, TireMax and TirePro software applications to eliminate multiple steps in the credit card payment and authorization process while minimizing their processing fees with the help of CAM's X-Charge credit card processing software.

"Most tire dealers have to enter the sale into their point of sale systems, then have to go through a separate step for the authorization process," says David Duchesne, director of sales and marketing for ASA Tire Systems. "This partnership allows our clients to reduce the time needed to process sales, making the customer experience more enjoyable.

Available immediately, this solution allows credit card sales to be processed directly through the ASA point of sale applications. The transactions are immediately transmitted to X-charge for authorization and processing.
