Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. recently named Clay Lewis composite materials development manager.
In his new position, Lewis will be responsible for the development of materials and compounds in the reinforcing components of the tire.
Most recently an advanced mechanical engineer, Lewis joined Cooper as an engineer trainee in 1990. He also has worked as an associate engineer, process engineer and tire engineer.
