Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will announce its third quarter 2010 financial results before the market opens on Monday, Nov. 1.
Company management will discuss the financial results in a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time that same day. Individuals can access a Webcast of the conference call at the company's investor relations Web page at www.coopertire.com, or by clicking on Webcast.
Replays of the conference call will be available through Nov. 5.
Cooper reported net income of $44 million on net sales of $804 million for its second quarter ended June 30, 2010. That compared to a net loss of $13 million on sales of $632 million for the same period in 2009.
However, Cooper posted net income of $47 million on sales of $803 million for the third quarter of 2009.
Through the first six months of 2010, Cooper posted net income of $56 million on net sales of $1.6 billion.
