Falken Tire Corp. will introduce the 37-inch WildPeak A/T in January 2011. The tire is designed by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, according to the company.
“The WildPeak A/T is a strong tire, ready to take on the challenges drivers throw at it,” says Nick Fousekis, senior manager of consumer marketing.
Falken recently tested the tire in conjunction with the JK Experience, a week-long extreme off-road event focused on the Jeep Wrangler JK vehicle.
“When Falken launches a new tire it does so with authentication as its foundation, and we used this aggressive environment – slick boulders, sharp rocks, sand and even mud -- as our test bed and came through with flying colors,” adds Fousekis.
The specifications for the all-terrain tire, which also is engineered for comfort, are as follows.
