Maybe the 'O' in J.D. Power stands for Oprah

Ever fill out a "New Vehicle Survey" sent out by J.D. Power and Associates? Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich did for the first time after purchasing a new Ford Focus in March.

In his latest B.O.B. blog, Ulrich considered the experience worthwhile. However, he wasn't always sure what the survey had to do with buying a new car. For example, six pages were dedicated to his consumer magazine preferences!
