More than 1.8 million shares in Nokian Tyres plc have been subscribed, the Finland-based tiremaker has announced.
The rights are attached to Nokian's Option Programs of 2004. An increase in share capital relating to 2004C option rights totaling 367,004 euros was entered into the Trade Register earlier today, Feb. 25.
Shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki exchange, "together with old shares."
