Titan Tire Corp. and the United Steelworkers of America (USWA) have not yet reached a settlement to end the three-year-long strike at the tiremaker's Des Moines, Iowa, plant.
"There are still outstanding back-to-work issues," says Tom Johnson, a USWA spokesman.
"We're hoping to get it done as soon as possible."
The parties are continuing "serious" talks.
