Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT) announced that it is the official tire sponsor of the American Monster Jam show touring Europe.
Three events are scheduled for the Monster Trucks on the Old Continent: Gelredome Stadium in Arnhem, Netherlands, Sept. 27-28, 2014; Antwerps Sportpaleis, Belgium, Oct. 4-5; and the Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden, Nov. 8.
Each event will include motoring shows with the Monster Trucks performing stunts on obstacle courses. The Monster Truck drivers will have to show all their skills in the freestyle competitions.
The audience can meet the drivers before the shows, ask them for autographs and take pictures. Fans can also touch the Monster Trucks.
This year’s 16th Monster Jam edition appeals over four million spectators in about 300 shows in American cities and all over the world. Shows are broadcast live on the TV channels FOX Sports and FOX Sports 2.
BKT says the increasing popularity is fully in line with its corporate success. The company is the official and exclusive tire manufacturer of Monster Jam based on an exclusive partnership agreement between Feld Motor Sports, the producer of Monster Jam, and BKT.
The agreement includes the technical design and supply of specific tires for the entire fleet. This is how the BKT Monster Jam Tire equipping all competing Monster Jam Trucks was born.
In addition to being the official and exclusive tire manufacturer for the show, BKT also makes their presence with a dedicated display space at all Monster Jam stages in North America and on the international tour.
