K&M Tire Has Acquired Midtown Tire

K&M Tire Inc. has acquired Midtown Tire, a tire wholesaler based in Rochester, N.Y.

K&M began operating from the company's warehouse on May 23.

Cheryl Gossard, president of K&M Tire, said, “We’ve had a growing interest in expanding our distribution footprint within the New York market. We feel that the team at Midtown Tire fits our company culture and values and will be a wonderful addition to our team. K&M Tire operates 32 distribution centers across the U.S., employs 800-plus people and sells more than 50 brands of tires that cover passenger, light truck, commercial, farm and other segments.
