Continental medium truck tire aces test

Continental Tire North America Inc.'s (CTNA) Continental HDL Eco Plus premium drive tire achieved "exceptional fuel economy" during a recent test in Quebec.

"The test used a controlled evaluation tool based on the Society of Automotive Engineers J1321 test method," say CTNA officials.

The HDL Eco Plus is designed for long haul applications and features an advanced tread compound, a stone ejection system and other features.
