TGI Expands Cosmo Brand With Kurrent Tire

Tire Group International LLC (TGI) says it is elevating its Cosmo Tires brand with the EV-ready Kurrent tire, nicknamed "The Touring Kat."

"The Cosmo Kurrent is a M+S-rated premium touring tire with XL (extra load) capacity and Quiet Kat Technology," according to officials.

The tire, which became available in the U.S. in Q4 of 2025, is engineered to meet the demands of performance and touring products with an extended tread life, increased traction on the road and lower rolling resistance.

The company also says the Kurrent is available in a variety of sizes and features a patented treadwear indicator that simplifies how drivers can check their tread life.
