Christopher Polvoorde is the newest member of the BFGoodrich Tires racing roster.

Polvoorde, the 2025 SCORE International Baja 1000 overall champion, will debut on BFGoodrich Baja T/A KR3 tires at the Baja 500 next month.

“Joining the BFGoodrich family is a milestone moment for me,” says Polvoorde. “This brand has been part of off-road racing since long before I started, and to be partnered with them is something I won't take lightly. I’m grateful to the team at BFGoodrich for backing my program, and I’m ready to put the work in to make this partnership count.”

Polvoorde, who is coming off of his third straight King of the Hammers Desert Challenge victory, finished fifth overall at the San Felipe 250 in March and will seek to defend his title at the Baja 1000 in November. He will also compete at the Baja 500.

He and his No. 94 Optima Batteries / Red Bull AWD Ford Raptor built by Mason Motorsports will head to Ensenada for the 58th running of the Baja 500 from June 3-7. Polvoorde will attempt to make his first SCORE race with BFGoodrich and the brand’s 107th overall SCORE victory.

“We’re proud to welcome Christopher to the team, and we’re eager to see what the future holds for him and for BFGoodrich Racing,” says Raymond Cotton, North American Motorsports Director for BFGoodrich. “It’ll be great to see BFGoodrich Tires Baja T/A KR3 tires on the No. 94 Trophy Truck for the Baja 500 and have Christopher be an integral part of our winning tradition.”

Polvoorde joins a group of BFGoodrich Trophy Truck racers including Rob MacCachren, Luke and Dan McMillin, Ryan Arciero, Adam Householder, Justin “Bean” Smith, Steve and Jack Olliges and the Terrible Herbst team.

Polvoorde grew up in Hemet, Calif., and started racing karts and mountain bikes at a young age. Now 25 years old and based in Heber, Utah, his accomplishments include (but are not limited to) the 2019 Lucas Oil Midwest Short Course Pro Lite championship, 2021 American Short Course Pro Lite championship, 2022 SCORE San Felipe 250 and Baja 400 – Trophy Truck Spec class win and the 2026 third consecutive King of the Hammers Desert Challenge win.

"Polvoorde climbed the ranks from short course racing in 2019 and 2020 to desert racing in 2021, running a Mason Motorsports 6100 Spec Trophy Truck that year in the Baja 1000," say BFGoodrich officials. "After some SCORE success in 2022, there were some tough breaks in 2024 and early 2025 before he broke through with a Baja 1000 overall victory alongside Bryce Menzies."
