MaddenCo Inc.'s Data Exchange software now lets Bandag Inc. retreaders access the Muscatine, Iowa-based company's national account delivery receipt processing.
"We're the infrastructure," says MaddenCo President Greg Madden. "The two partners -- the customer and the supplier -- have to (first) agree" on the information exchange.
Data Exchange lists specific fleet information like number of vehicles, wheel positions and others.
MaddenCo's Data Exchange software also gives Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc. dealers access to those respective companies' national account receipt processing.
