Harvey Brodsky, managing director of the Tire Retread Information Bureau (TRIB), will be the keynote speaker at the seventh California State Fleet Management Conference to be held at the Holiday Inn on The Bay in San Diego, Calif., on October 29.
The title of Brodsky's presentation is "The Trouble with Tires. They are Too Good."
He will explain that a tire is practically the only part of a vehicle that can be grossly abused and yet the vehicle will keep on going. The emphasis on Brodsky's presentation will be the importance of proper tire maintenance and
how the use of retreaded tires can save fleets serious money.
