Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Matthew Flannery as litigation counsel in the corporate legal department.
Flannery has served as an associate with Jones Day in Pittsburgh, Pa., since 1993. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association.
