Logan, Utah-based Wholesale Tire Distributors (WTD) Inc. has opened its 12th retail outlet.
The shop, also in Logan, Utah, sports a "modern, comfortable look" with outdoor landscaping and an interior, living room-type atmosphere designed to appeal to women and families, says WTD Vice President Christie Stock. "It's a different concept."
The 25-year-old dealership plans to open up to three more retail shops next year.
WTD also operates four wholesale facilities. The Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyral brands comprise 90% of its tire sales.
