American Tire Distributors (ATD) has added Falken brand medium truck tires to its portfolio in a move that expands ATD's commercial tire offering.

"This expansion builds on ATD’s existing relationship with Falken Tires, further integrating the brand’s lineup into ATD’s distribution network," according to ATD officials. "Falken Tires is a globally recognized tire brand with a nationwide distribution footprint, building its reputation through decades of performance innovation, motorsports success and a strong focus on high-performance tire technology. The brand’s continued investment in product development and dealer support aligns closely with ATD’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality tires across its extensive dealer network.

"With this addition, ATD will now offer commercial tires alongside the passenger and light truck products it already carries within the Falken Tires lineup, expanding its ability to serve both passenger, light truck and commercial segments. Medium truck tires, built for fleet and heavy-duty applications, complement ATD’s existing Falken portfolio, broadening its product depth, giving dealers access to a more complete lineup through a single, scaled distribution network. This expansion also allows ATD to support a wider range of dealers beyond passenger and light truck-focused businesses and better meet diverse customer needs."

"This is an important step forward for the customers we serve,” says Dave Goldman, senior vice president, commercial products, sales, at ATD. “Our dealers can now order Falken commercial tires from the majority of our distribution centers, giving them consistent, dependable access to the products that keep their fleet customers moving. This expansion reflects our continued focus on reliability, availability and supporting our dealers with the products and service their customers depend on every day. We’ve been intentional about strengthening our relationship with Falken and this next phase highlights both the progress we’ve made together and the opportunity ahead to deliver even greater value.”

ATD customers will gain "broader and more consistent access to the full Falken Tires catalog, particularly in regions where availability has historically been limited," say ATD officials. "This expanded coverage reinforces ATD’s continued investment in inventory and service, ensuring dealers benefit from faster delivery, reliable stock levels and the high‑quality support their partners expect."

ATD has more than 110 distribution centers and serves 80,000 customers throughout the United States.
