In the latest episode of The Modern Tire Dealer Show, we talk to Mike Pressendo, chief marketing and strategy officer for the TechForce Foundation, the nonprofit that supports and tracks students pursuing a career as an automotive technician.

The foundation researches and reports workplace data nuggets like this: there are five empty technician jobs for every tech student who completes a training program. Pressendo offers tips on how to make your tire dealership attractive to those students and prospective employees of all ages.
