Burt Brothers Nears 30 Locations

Burt Brothers Tire & Service’s expansion continues with the acquisition of two Tire Buster's Supreme Auto Care stores in Utah. 

The stores – one located in Payson, Utah, and the other located in American Fork, Utah – were officially acquired on Nov. 8 and will continue to operate under their existing name, according to Burt Brothers Tire & Service officials. 

The acquisition gives North Salt Lake, Utah-based Burt Brothers Tire & Service a total of 28 stores as the dealership seeks to grow its footprint, as detailed in this recent MTD interview. 

Burt Brothers Tire & Service also is nearing completion on a new build in Pleasant View, Utah, which is near Ogden.  

“This store is expected to open in early-December,” according to Burt Brothers Tire & Service officials. 

This past summer, Brian Maciak, CEO of Burt Brothers Tire & Service, told MTD that the dealership wants to add 40 locations within the next three years and is targeting a total footprint of 75 to 100 outlets within the next half-decade. 

The dealership’s growth “won’t be limited to Utah,” which is Burt Brothers Tire & Service’s traditional market, said Maciak.  

“We’ll be growing in the Mountain region, so in a short time, you’ll see us in other states. It will be aggressive growth, but we have the funding, the timeline and the team to carry it out.”
