TBC Unveils Sumitomo Encounter AT2

TBC Corp. has unveiled its Encounter AT2 all-terrain tire, which is part of the Sumitomo Highway All-Season SUV/LT portfolio and includes more than 50 sizes designed for CUVs, SUVs, pickup trucks and small commercial last-mile delivery vans. 

All Sumitomo tires are marketed and distributed exclusively by TBC Corp. in the United States and Canada.

The new tire features a non-directional, four-rib tread for performance in mud and snow, 3D wave sipes for enhanced traction, deep circumferential grooves for wet grip, 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake certification and more.

Encounter AT2 tires include a 65,000-mile treadwear warranty for metric and LT sizes, plus 24/7 tire roadside assistance for two years, a one-year tire road hazard protection plan and more.
