Straightaway Tire & Auto's Victory Tire & Auto brand has acquired Reliable Auto Care in Buffalo, Minn.
The transaction expands Victory Tire & Auto's presence into the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis and is the brand's first store in the town of Buffalo.
Reliable Auto Care was owned by Jeff and Kris Jackson. The dealership is located in a high-traffic area with "strong visibility and ample capacity for future growth," according to Straightaway Tire & Auto officials, who add that they will bring additional resources to the company.
Straitghtaway Tire & Auto, which is owned by private equity firm 02 Investment Partners, has 76 locations, according to MTD research, making it one of the largest tire dealerships in the United States.
