Straightaway Tire & Auto has acquired Maple Grove Auto Service and Warzecha Auto Works, both based in Minnesota.
Maple Grove Auto Service is a full-service auto repair facility in Maple Grove, Minn., while Warzecha Auto Works is based in Zimmerman, Minn.
"The acquisitions further bolster Straighaway's already strong presence in Minnesota," say officials from O2 Investment Partners, the private equity group that owns Straighaway Tire.
