GreatWater has acquired Fozio's Auto Service in Hudson, Ohio, and Twinsburg Auto Service Center, which is located in Twinsburg, Ohio.

"Both shops will continue operating under their established names, with their teams remaining in place," say GreatWater officials.

Based in Grand Rapids, Mich., GreatWater has more than 155 locations, according to the recently published 2026 MTD 100. The company is owned by private equity firm Kinderhook Industries LLC.
